That was 2018!
Facebook does. TV channels do. And we’re doing it now: We’re looking back at the year 2018! Once again, we have hardly had time to report on what we have done and experienced in the course of business. But that was really something. We would like to share a few highlights with you – one or the other of you was also involved in one or the other…

Wilson Branded Space
Already in 2017 we started the first pilot projects  – in 2018 we were able to roll out the new retail design for Wilson Tennis globally. For the revolutionary way of product presentation – reduced design with omni-channel components – we have delivered the complete package: design, development of shop packages, furniture construction, logistics and on-site installation. We have built nearly 50 Wilson Branded Spaces worldwide, in Europe, Australia, USA and Asia.

Wilson US Open Store
The big thing in 2018: The store of our customer Wilson at the US Open. The shops on the grounds of the USTA National Tennis Center at Flushing-Meadow-Corona Park NY are the flagships of tennis companies. And from our spring came this year not only design and planning of the store concept, but also the implementation within a very short time on site.

The result is a Wilson Branded Space in a class of its own with large digital signage elements and an “Official Stringer” area on a second shop level for the professional players of the tour – as well as record sales for the customer.

Office-Design No. 1: leanIX
The Bonn IT Start Up, which we have been communicating from the beginning, is now more than established and also represented in the USA with its own office. In full expansion, the employees moved to 1,400 square meters in 2018, which were planned and designed by us. The centerpiece is the so-called “All Hands Area”, which is used diligently by the employees and forms a mix of kitchen, lounge and meeting room. Smaller teams can meet for meetings, e.g. to the Matterhorn, to the library or to Stockholm – because in total there are five theme rooms that we have furnished individually.

Office-Design No. 2: Planet Payment
As soon as we welcomed “Premier Tax Free” as a new customer, the Fintrax Group, which owns Tax Free Shopping solutions, has undergone a complete rebranding. Since then, we have not only been using the new corporate design of “Planet Payment” at Print & Co., but have also taken care of the brand-oriented design of the Munich office.

EA Connect Days 2018
“Europe’s leading enterprise architecture conference”, EA Connect Days had a home game in Bonn in 2018, the headquarters of leanIX, which had extended its annual event for the first time to two days. The 500 participants from all over the world could breathe contemporary history, because in the World Conference Center the old plenary hall was used as location.

Four sessions each – lectures and workshops – were offered in parallel, plus a grand evening event with culinary highlights. The organization with the participating service providers, such as for event location and catering lay confidently in our hands, as well as on-site support during the conference.

The TVG and even more travel agencies
The tourism sales company in Munich entrusted us this year with various marketing tasks such as the monthly changing label of the travel agency trailer of sonnenklar.TV, a facebook campaign, a POS package with mailing and much more. In particular, however, another 16 travel agencies of the brands sonnenklar.TV and Flugbörse were successfully opened in 2018. With the rollout-capable digital signage concept, TVG has the edge in the market. And we deliver the equipment to it. With a well-rehearsed team, furniture and technology are installed in just one day. Already the next day, the franchisee can catch up and sell the first trips.

Websites and Mobile App: Amer Ambassador Portal and Platform for Europe
Salomon, Suunto and Wilson belong to Amer Sports. Sports enthusiasts are turned into ambassadors who promote their brand at events, in retail and online. To win these important multipliers, we have implemented an online recruiting portal in 14 languages. Interested parties can apply on the respective page with pictures and videos. If selected, the next step will give you access to the Amer Ambassador platform. Here, tenders, contracting and reporting are managed and the brand ambassadors are networked with each other and with the responsible marketing managers. In addition to the web version for desktop and mobile, we have also developed an app for iOS and Android. Of course everything CD-compliant and adapted to the look and feel of each brand.
 

Hot in here – Videos & Co. for Beefer grills
We have been supporting the pioneers in the top heat grill segment for two and a half years now. A great collaboration in marketing support from strategy to social media via newsletters, events and videos. We have just sent the latter again to the rejuvenation cell. During the shoot with food blogger Uwe Spitzmüller and in the following section, we have implemented a few new ideas and made the videos even more social-media-suitable.

Welcome Atomic
With Atomic we welcome a new old customer back on board. Preparations for next year are already in full swing. What tennis in the spring and summer is skiing in winter … Also at the POS. It remains exciting!

New arrivals and home games
We were also pleased to welcome a number of new customers in 2018 and we would like to sincerely thank you for the trust you have placed in us. We are currently developing a fresh brand image including homepage for Neuburger Bautenschutz. Again, ETS Didactic is back; The new corporate design already developed by us is now being used in brochures. Likewise, the relaunch for the software company Vesta Business Simulations with a new homepage is still in progress. In 2019, we will get off to a good start with the regional energy provider BHAG. The program includes giveaways, support for various events and a POS package for retailers and service providers. And otherwise, we are looking forward to the successful continuation of two other home games: For years, we have been supporting the Gewerbeverein Centrum Bad Honnef e.V. in marketing its extremely successful events with thousands of visitors a year. And also with the city of Bad Honnef it goes into the next round, here we are in the starting blocks for various IT and graphics services after the introduction of the by us created new umbrella brand.

Conclusion: Our no-line concept is bearing fruit
What draws in the retrospective like a red thread through the past year, confirms our approach – the resolution of old rules and demarcations of online and offline. Due to the parallel use of media and channels, a separation is no longer up-to-date. Depending on the requirements of our customers, we are thus merging our four divisions naadwork, dotcomeffect, popstarsss and Sunlight events into an integrated and holistic service. With this interdisciplinary communication, we offer everything tailored from a single source: advertising and design, web and video, display and shop construction, and events.

To conclude our review, our good intention for 2019 remains: to report more often about the things that make our work so exciting! We are already looking forward to joint projects. Until then, nice, relaxing holidays and a happy new year.
