The centrepiece of the new premises, which extend over an area of 1,400 square metres, is the „ALL HANDS AREA“, the room in which up to 75 employees will congregate in the future. The requirement was to create a combination of kitchen, lounge and meeting room. This has lead to the creation of a type of campus in the office with a terrace with multiple uses, which assumes the organic form of the LeanIX logo.
The founders André Christ and Jörg Beyer also wanted to set up five individually designed themed rooms for employees in addition to normal meeting rooms, in which people can retreat to form smaller teams. We are intrigued to see if the Matterhorn area, the library or the Stockholm area will turn out to be the most popular venue for the staff.
A communications area with five soundproofed and air-conditioned rooms was created for video and telephone conferences with clients.
A symbol of beauty for the IT company was selected by way of the shelves in the form of small overseas containers due to the fact the LeanIX software is based on state-of-the-art principles and is operated in so-called containers.
The complete implementation including the design, planning, furniture manufacture, and construction measures was performed from November 2017 until February 2018.
The perfect grill for the perfect steak – this and nothing less was the vision of the Beefer founders Frank Hecker, Frantz Konzen and Marc Kirwald in 2011. A true success story of three friends who went out to revolutionize the barbecue market. And a happy one as well because in the fifth year the Beefer is set amongst celebrity chefs and gourmets.
At 800 degrees Celsius not only meat can be excellently prepared but also tuna, mussels or desserts. “to beef” became an established expression by now. The fan base is growing constantly meanwhile a Beefer recipe book has been released.
As of now we will be the agency supporting the Beefer Grillgeräte GmbH. The focus of the cooperation will be on the overall presentation of the brand, the further growth and the internationalization.

For the Munich based tourism company FTI we organise a promotion tour around Cologne and the Ruhr District.
Starting November 2016 Eurowings is flying from Cologne/Bonn to Salalah, Oman. In as little as 7 hours an Airbus A330 is flying you to dream beaches and top-class luxury resorts.
With a promotion trailer that has been solely purchased for this event series by FTI and TVG (Touristik Vertriebs Gesellschaft) we will tour throughout North Rhine Westphalia as of mid-September. We organise the promotion tour including the selection of cities and locations, personal- and route planning as well as approval procedures. Additional tasks include the entire eye-catching labelling as well as the planning and implementation of the interior design of the 10 meter long trailer. The highlight: inside the trailer you can discover a fully functional mobile travel agency with all technical features of a sonnenklar.tv travel agency including digital signage.

With its own POS-package we are positioning the new Wilson racket co-designed by Roger Federer throughout Europe. From the conception and layout right through to production for its implementation we deliver displays, window stickers and posters to the shops. And the Pro Staff RF97 Autograph is truly something very special. As the racket clearly carries Roger Federers¹ signature. Not only because of his autograph on the racket but figuratively through the elegant, reserved design including subtle details. The racket is kept in two shades of black, one matt, the other one glossy. Additionally laser engraved text in silver and a small portrait of the Swiss. With this racket Wilson is setting new standards in the success story of the Pro Staff Series with its more than 30 year tradition.

We install about 25 travel agencies per year with our brand “popstarsss”. This also includes the “young professionals” agency in Dietfurt. For our ongoing campaign we have recorded how fast the set up takes place. At eight o`clock sharp the truck with the entire furniture delivery is waiting in front of the door. As we are delivering most our modules pre-assembled, things move very quickly once everything is unloaded. Thanks to an experienced team of shopfitters and technical partners the agency is fully equipped within a few hours. Thereby we equip our furniture with multimedia systems. Via digital signage clients are able to watch tailored offers as well as the television channel sonnenklar.TV on these screens.

Our campaign for young entrepreneurs of our client TVG bears its first fruit – the first two sonnenklar.TV “young professionals” travel agencies are opening their doors in Berlin Biesdorf and Dietfurt in May and June. We accompany both agencies from the start, so to speak from the shell to the modification all the way to setting up the furniture including the installation of the technique. Certainly we also ensure the publicity support. We therefore follow both franchisees on their way to self-employment with a camera crew. You can watch the first video online under:
Here Eva-Maria Matthes, who was awarded with the contract for her own, fully equipped agency by TVG, introduces herself. As part of the “lease franchise” TVG is covering the complete prefinancing as well as the rent for the first twelve months. On board with her is her equal partner Louisa Englmeier. The video introducing her as well as the installation of the agency is also already recorded.
For our client Wilson we developed the Burn Challenge a tennis event and promotion series with events on all continents. The specially adapted Wilson event container is attraction as well as contact point at the top events of the series like the Orange Bowl in Key Biscayne and Miami. Our task: the development of the Wilson Burn Challenge competition including its evaluation tool, the production and global distribution of all event material including the event container, flight cases, music system, banners, tents and displays as well as the creation of the homepage.
In 2016 Wilson, in cooperation with us, will start the World Demo Tour with even more events and its own app.

„Did you know that we are also there for you with no screen between us?“ This is the opening sentence by moderator Michael “Goofy” Förster in the TV-spot to introduce the sonnenklar.tv travel agencies. He takes the audience to the travel agency, shows them the modern features and points out the personal consultation on-site. Only four weeks after the initial idea sketch the 30 seconds spot is recorded and is broadcasted on the popular television station sonnenklar.tv four times daily. A cinema version has been edited as well. When it comes to marketing for their franchisees the TVG takes the lead once again. And we are happy to help with words and deeds the FTI daughter from Munich with content and camera as well.
With its own webside, facebook-presence and ads we start the campaign „young professionals“ for our client Touristik Vertriebsgesellschaft (TVG). At the same time the media partner Travel One issues a cover story dealing with the funding programme – accompanied by advertisement in the printed edition as well as online. The matching photographic material was taken during a photo shooting in a representative sonnenklar travel agency in Kaarst.
Young talents are a main focus for the TVG: for the winning franchise formula “the travel agency of the future” TVG is looking for young travel agents looking forward to being self-employed. To make this big step a little bit easier for the junior staff the TVG is allocating ready to use agencies in top locations – including advanced technologies and award winning furniture and communication concept. Training courses and support with business related topics as well as possible financing models ease the start.
The Germany-wide campaign is kicked off with five locations: Dachau, Langenfeld, Berlin-Biesdorf and Kirchheim. Interested parties can apply up to November 30th, the most promising ones are invited to the FTI headquarter on December 12th.
The franchise concept with its multi-channel marketing is the skillful combination between the online and offline world and is therefore ideal for modern and committed tourism professionals. The TV channel sonnenklar ensures additional brand awareness and offers franchisees the option to present themselves.
